possess each of the following characteristics:
- Solid business experience
- Proven expertise in owning or operating restaurants
- Previous franchise experience advantageous
- Net worth of $500,000 ($250,000 liquid) per restaurant
Franchise Fees
- Development Fee: $10,000 per restaurant
- Franchise Fee: $30,000 per restaurant
- Royalty Fee: 6% of Gross Sales (as defined by us)
- Ad Fund: 3% of gross sales
- Term: 10 years
Project Costs
- Leasehold Improvements : $100,000 to $175,000
- Lease Payments - 3 Months: $9,000 to $18,000
- Security Deposits: $7,500 to $10,000
- Equipment, Furnishings and Fixtures: $100,000 - $150,000
- Signage: $5,000 to $10,000
- Initial Inventory: $7,500 to $10,000
- Blue Prints and Plans: $10,000 to $15,000
- Point of Sale System: $12,500 to $20,000
- Additional Funds: $30,000 to $40,000
- Miscellaneous: $14,750 to $27,000
- Real Estate: Real estate costs vary
according to restaurant & lot size.

These fees do not include all costs associated with franchising
with Zamba.
Zamba is providing these figures to assist
you in analyzing your proposed restaurant construction. Site acquisition,
site preparation and off-site utility costs are not included. We
cannot estimate your actual investment for improvements. The costs
of construction vary considerably depending upon the location and
conditions affecting the local market of your restaurant. The above
ranges represent our best estimates of construction costs for a
48-seat Zamba restaurant. |
