Franchise Process Overview
In this section you will
find tools and information on how to begin the Zamba® application
process.
The following information is provided to you only as a guide. Following
the process below does not guarantee your approval to become a
Zamba franchisee. This information is intended to give
you an overview of the steps involved in being considered for franchising
with Zamba. We reserve the right to change the process and/or requirements
without notice.
Based on the information on this Web site, determine if you meet the minimum qualifications to become a franchisee. Please complete our Franchise
Information Request Form to be sure.
- To begin the process you'll need to complete the franchise
application found on our Web site.
Note: If you are a group of
individuals applying for a franchise, each person in the group
must complete the franchise
application. Once completed, they should
be submitted to Zamba as a package so they may be considered
together. Incomplete packages cannot be considered.
Note:
* Personal/Corporate Financial Statement (page 3) - This is to
be completed by the individual or company. This is designed to
give Zamba a breakdown of your assets and liabilities. Please
remember that once you complete the application you'll need to,
sign and submit to Zamba. You can mail the application to:

* Financial Verification (page 5) - You or your corporation complete
the top part of this page and all financial institutions complete
the bottom part where you have assets/liabilities. Remember to
print as many forms as you have financial institutions (a separate
form is required for each financial institution). We will also
accept monthly/quarterly statements (no more than 3 months old)
and income tax returns.
- Once Zamba has received your completed, signed application we will verify that you meet our financial qualifications and
process your paperwork.

- Upon verification that you meet our financial qualifications
and your area of interest is available to franchise, you'll be
considered an applicant. A member of our New Business Development
Team will then contact you to help guide you through the remainder
of the process.
- Once a member of our New Business Development Team has
contacted you and approved you to move forward in the franchising
process, you will need to complete the following items (it is
not necessary to complete the following items until you have
been approved to move forward). This list is not all-inclusive
and is provided to potential franchisees as a guide. Completing
the required steps does not guarantee acceptance into Zamba
franchising system.
- Company & Personal Financial Statements (Latest annual and
interim)
- Signed & Dated receipt of the Franchise Disclosure
Document (FDD). You will receive a FDD after
a representative from our New Business Development Team has contacted
you.
- Business Operating Plan, Resume/Brief Biography (Individual
or corporate).
- Income Tax Returns for the last two years.
The above list is not a comprehensive list. Zamba may change
the list at any time. Please note that it is not necessary to
complete the above items until you have been approved to move
forward. Completing the above required steps does not guarantee
acceptance into the Zamba franchise system.
